Meet Our Facilitators
Suzanne is a multi-talented entrepreneur with a passion for empowering young women. Her dedication to the study of women's and girl's development, both personal and professional, spans over 30 years. She is the founder of Young Women Encircle, a non-profit organization that provides life skill training programs to girls. Suzanne is a certified trainer of The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and a specialist trained in Non-Violent Communication. Her expertise in these areas has helped her to develop effective training programs that have helped countless women and girls to achieve their goals.

Malia Rock
Malia is a Reiki Master and currently undergoing training in Trauma Informed Somatic Therapy. As the daughter of Suzanne, Malia has been immersed in the field from a young age, giving her a deep understanding of the subject matter. Over the past year, she has traveled the world, exploring different cultures and religions, and spent time in Rishikesh, India, where she learned and practiced yoga at the prestigious Anand Prakash Ashram. Malia has also completed various workshops and courses on Yoga Nidra, Yin, and Breathwork, making her a well-rounded and knowledgeable mentee.

Our experience during the mother-daughter retreat is something that we will always treasure. We learned communication tools that we still use today.
